Amphibian Aerospace Industries (AAI) is the world's one of only 8 FAA or EASA certified 14 CFR Part 25 (Transport Category) aircraft manufacturers in the Registered Passenger Transport (RPT) sector alongside Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, ATR, Cessna, Viking DeHavilland and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.

Our Legacy

Amphibian Aerospace Industries (AAI) owns the FAA Type Certificates for Albatross G-111, the world’s first and still the only FAA or EASA certified 14 CFR Part 25 (Transport Category) above 19-seat (28-seat max) Amphibian Aircraft in the Registered Passenger Transport (RPT) sector and Albatross HU-16 (A-E), the world’s only certified and proven military amphibian aircraft that has served the Navy, Air Force, and Coast Guard of 22 nations for over 40 years.
